Our products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty for lack of conformity and by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty where provided by the manufacturer himself.

IMPORTANT: for private customers, the warranty has a duration of 24 months, for VAT number / company customers, the WARRANTY FOR VICES, provided for in article 1495 of the Civil Code, has a duration of 12 MONTHS.

This guarantee is for all professional operators, i.e. those end users with a VAT number (partnership or capital company, sole proprietorships, artisan enterprises, freelancers, etc.) who use the product for professional purposes and who purchase the product with an invoice. tax.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”) all products on sale on Bstorezone are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee. Based on the Legal Guarantee, Bstorezone is liable towards the consumer (the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out) for the lack of conformity not found at the time of purchase.

The lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use to which it must habitually serve, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller, does not offer the usual qualities and performances of a good of the same type, does not it is suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller (art. 129 of the Consumer Code).
The lack of conformity that occurs within 24 months from the delivery date of the goods must be reported within 2 months from the moment of discovery of the defect. Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the lack of conformity that occurs within 6 months of delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, completely free of charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement (art.130 of the Consumer Code).
The consumer can ask the seller, at his option, to repair or replace the goods, free of charge in both cases, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. Repairs or replacements must be made within a reasonable time from the request of the Consumer; the further remedies available to the consumer are the reduction of the price or the termination of the contract. If within the maximum period of 60 days Bstorezone is unable to return the repaired product, the consumer can request one of the alternative remedies (replacement, reduction of the price or termination of the contract). Bstorezone will send the product for any repairs to the Technical Assistance Center authorized by the Manufacturer.
