Shipping in Italy
Shipping, both in Italy and abroad, is calculated based on the weight of the product and based on the country of destination. To know the shipping cost, simply add the desired products to the cart, click on the appropriate icon and then on “View cart”: at this point it will be possible to see the total cost of the products and the transport costs before proceeding to checkout.
European orders are subject to Italian VAT (22%), which is included in the final price calculated at the time of check out. This will be the final price to be paid. Any local taxes and duties applicable from the country of destination of the goods are to be considered the full responsibility of the customer, who must pay them at the time of collection of the package. We do not receive or calculate this type of tax, therefore we strongly suggest that you take these additional costs into consideration when ordering.If you have a valid VAT number you are not subject to the payment of VAT: in this case, after placing and paying for the order, you must send an email to info@bstoreitalia.com with your billing information and a refund equal to 22% of the total order will be issued.
Shipments abroad
Bstorezone ships accessories and spare parts all over the world and bicycles all over Europe. The cost is calculated according to the country of destination of the goods and based on the weight of the shipment. For all shipments to any country in the world, a confirmation email will always be sent.
The order will be shipped approximately within 2 working days of receipt of the same, while the delivery time may vary depending on the destination: it usually takes between 48 and 72 hours to arrive at the destination.

Shipping time
For orders relating to products available in stock, received by 11:00 am of the day, delivery throughout Italy, Calabria and islands excluded, will take place within the following 24 hours. For Calabria and the islands the times are longer reaching 48-72 hours maximum.

As for international shipments, your order will be shipped, indicatively, by one of our shippers in 48/72 hours.
